City Tech President Russell K. Hotzler hosted a tour of the campus and luncheon in December 2005 for staff members of the New York State Senate Finance Committee, who were here to learn more about the College's academic programs and to obtain a first-hand view of its facility needs. Also on hand to welcome our Albany Guests were City University of New York Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Selma Botman, Office of Student Financial Assistance Director George Chin, Senior Vice Chancellor & Chief Operating Officer Allan Dobrin, University Assistant Dean for Student Affairs Harry Franklin, Director of State Operations Ellen Goldmann, Board of Trustees Secretary and Vice Chancellor for University Relations Jay Hershenson, Vice Chancellor for Facilities Planning, Construction & Management Emma Macari, and CUNY Albany Legislative Representatives Mary Kaye Kellogg and Maureen Shields.

They also toured the Voorhees and Pearl Buildings for a look at architectural, entertainment and chemical technology labs and related facilities, and visited a student exhibit in the Department of Advertising Design & Graphic Arts' Grace Gallery.
