CITY TECH'S ACF JUNIOR TEAM TAKES BRONZE AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

A team of five City Tech hospitality management
students recently competed at this year's New York State Junior
Hot Foods Championship held at SUNY/Delhi. An impressive showing
earned the team third place and a bronze medal in the competition.
Led by Student Manager Lucky Brandon and coached by Hospitality
Management Professor Frank C. Costantino, Team Captain Christopher
D'Orazi and the other aspiring student chefs produced a four-course
menu using a variety of legumes, earthy vegetables and complex flavors.
The award-winning team also included Letha Williams, Carlos Orozco,
Abbigail Ferrer and Phil Conlon.
