POSITION DESCRIPTION AND
DUTIES |
|
|
The
Department of Nursing of New York City College of Technology of the City
University of New York seeks candidates for tenure-track positions as
assistant or associate professors of Nursing. The Department currently
offers an AAS degree in Nursing and a BS in Nursing completion program.
The successful candidate will teach across both curricula and serve on
various departmental and college committees. Responsibilities also include
academic advisement, research, guidance and professional development.

QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
A master’s
degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and teaching experience at the
clinical and post-secondary level required. Doctorate or significant
progress toward the doctoral degree preferred. |
