Caroline Forte Elected to CTF Board

Caroline E. Forte was recently elected for a three-year term to the board of directors of the New York City College of Technology Foundation (CTF) and will assume board responsibilities in September 2007. Ms. Forte is senior manager/team leader, communications and community relations, with Pfizer Global Manufacturing, the largest division of Pfizer Inc., a global pharmaceutical company with operations worldwide.

Ms. Forte brings to the CTF board extensive experience in providing communications strategies, support and guidance to Pfizer’s senior management. Her work at Pfizer has included developing and implementing a positive communications climate, providing a consistent message and effectively delivering timely and pertinent information on the firm’s healthcare products both internally and to the public. As a member of Pfizer’s Brooklyn Site Leadership Team, her responsibilities have also focused on increasing public awareness of the many contributions that Pfizer, Inc. and its Brooklyn facility have made throughout the local community.

Prior to this position, Ms. Forte served as manager, field communications, with U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group. Before that she held a variety of positions with Pfizer Animal Health, a core business of Pfizer Inc. committed to serving the healthcare needs of both companion animals and livestock to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the food supply. She is a graduate of Queens College of The City University of New York.
